We are looking for an experienced barista and team assistant to join our friendly team. The role will predominantly be as a barista, whilst also supporting the team with breakfast prep for our catering clients & general cleaning.

Responsibilities involve:

- Serving in the café making coffees, operating the till

- Keeping the café clean & tidy at all times, clearing away after customers

- Supporting the team at breakfast service assembling dishes and packing orders

- Opening and closing the café, including a daily thorough clean

- Managing packing stock

- Light food prep

We need someone who is efficient, motivated, reliable and not afraid of early mornings. We

The day starts between 5:30-6:30am and finishes at 3:30pm Mon – Fri

This role is 45 hours a week

Salary is £31,000

25 days annual holiday + 2 weeks at christmas + bank holidays
